Great play Caroline. I am so proud and glad at the way these great UCONN players have stepped up. In some ways, these injuries have been a catalyst for much better performance. I am still saying this team as a very great chance at taking it all.

I love Caroline's game so versatile and she has a great competive motor, her Paige & Azzi is the future 3-some and Gabriel needs to get more PT!!

Nelson -dota has her skills but when she plays the whole team gets off rhythm. Run run wait for her to walk through her part, then hiccup through the rest of the play. Am I wrong? Just a casual observation from an old basketball player.

She's really good at some things but a bit robotic. Watch the tip at the beginning of this clip. Anybody that has jumped center at any level has had the ball drop back to yourself any number of times, you can tip it again to a teammate but you can't grab it.

There are two alpha chicks on UConn's team: Caroline Ducharme & Azzi Fudd. They could both run this team and the girls would follow them. Paige Bueckers is an A++ talent who dishes off the ball. The team that graduated Kristin, Evina, & Nelson never accepted Paige's vision. In fact, they were overly dependent on Paige. Paige wants to pass to Azzi, but Caroline is the workhorse Paige needs to excel. Actually, two backcourts: Paige & Caroline and Azzi & Nikki would work well if they were swapped out.

tough to go from having very little expectations to being counted on as the teams #1 scorer in order to win especially as a freshman...............but..............the ball is still the same ball you've been dribbling, passing and shooting you whole life...........and the basket is still a round opening at 10ft high..............the only difference now is how you manage the space between your ears
