It is so interesting and inspiring to watch you rise, diplomatically, yet fiercely full of love, to the challenge of those asking for help while digging their heels into powerlessness. No judgement to those people as I see myself in you as well, but aim to learn from the muscle that you, Caroline, have built. Great segment, thank you for the teaching. ❤

Women are like this because if not aware of succumbing to our emotional state, we are emotional beings by nature. Men aren’t as inclined. I found the response interesting. I also believe resistance plays a key role in to patternized emotion/behavior. In order to stop being resistant, you just have to accept things for what they are and reflect on the lesson that was being taught. Just my opinion. I’ve also experienced several heart breaks.

Please accept my intromission. Only to point out, Cultivating ones attitude, doesn't exclude the necessity of taking care of practicities in life. All our 7 energetic centers need a balance. Our body is prepared to meditate, and to run fast when predators attack. I would invite you to start talking about the benefits of sharing knowledge, top bottom, bottom up. About how much happiness and joy one can find in being generous with knowledge and experience, rather than taking advantage from this situation. Just ideas

The idea that only women look back wistfully on relationships is hogwash. Other than that militant righteousness, grace does shine through her teaching -thx for the upload.
