Caroline Catz is so beautiful and I love Martin Clunes. Their on-screen relationship is amazing and all the actors are great. The show is awesome and my favorite Please don't cancel the show.

Caroline is such a lovely lady! So pretty. It's funny how Martin plays such a gruff, stoic doctor on the show, yet he's one of the funniest people on the set. Love the show! Can't wait for season 10!

Louisa is attracted to the Doc because of his competence as a doctor. Every time she witnesses one of his medical miracles, she goes back to him.

He was a very competent doctor with a troubled childhood which created his dominant, narssassitic manner of thinking he is above all that is around him. Yet his failure as a surgeon and blood phobia continue to haunt him. His disfuctional childhood and lack of feeling for his parents (right.y so} creates barriers to any affection , yet he is a kind, truthful caring individual in his own way. I think Louisa who has her own past demons sees this side of Martin and believes if they can both adjust it might work.

I have watched 6 series on Netflix in just a few months. I am pulled into the relationship between Louisa and Martin and want them to do well as a couple and as a family. I love that Martin sets boundaries to protect himself and his family - such as with his mom. It was great that he told her, " I have a family: my wife and son". Unfortunately Louisa doesnt have that same commitment to Martin. Louisa should focus first on being the best wife and mother she can be - and she needs to learn how to set boundaries to protect their relationship and their family. Why doesnt she stay at home and focus on her family - not a receptionist. That poor baby James! He is in the care of anyone passing by on the street! Martin puts his profession to the side when his son or wife need him. But she doesnt. Why doesn't Louisa focus on building up her husband and admiring his strengths while helping him through his weaknesses? Louisa asks too much of Martin that shows a lack of respect for him and his profession. Martin serves the town in a unique and vital way as an expert diagnostician and medical doctor. He definitely shouldn't be so rude - but he needs to bring order to chaos so he is available to treat as many patients as possible. Why is Louisa insisting he do things that he doesnt want to do, things that take him from his patients and that only put his weaknesses on display - setting him up for failure? Why is she so focused on herself and how she feels? Once they had a child and are married she shouldnt be playing this "I am not happy" game. That is so cruel! Louisa frustrates me!! I hear they will be getting counseling which I look forward to.

Why does she have to stay at home with the baby? They should be equal partners in raising their kid. She should first focus on being the best version of herself before anything else as well.

Doc Martin domestically abused Louisa, not physically, but emotionally and physcologically. With domestic abuse so prevalent in society today, script should've been changed. I couldn't watch it because of this.....

It's a brilliant show but the accents let it down. Not proper west country at all, closer to Bristolian.
