When I was 13 (1963), Cosmopolitan Magazine had an article on how women dress on a budget in Paris. 60 years later, I still use what I learned. Black is my base, accessories my style & color. I have bought quality classic pieces that fit well. If I do a trend, it is not expensive but it is well designed & looks expensive. VOTE BLUE. I HATE BROWN SHIRTS.
