There's a meditation technique which might help you (anyone, the world etc.): If you have a stewing mind or a chattering mind or a mind filled with conversation; close your eyes and start condensing the words into a couple of paragraphs, a paragraph. Start summarising it in a few sentences, a couple of sentences, a sentence, a few words, a couple of words, a word and let the word go. *Feel* what arises. I hope it helps you and it brings peace 🙏

@@RxLifestyleVitalism You're welcome! 😊 Absolutely... For me, I find it brings me to the place of silence and move forward from that place. Just to add on, keep repeating the method when the chatter begins again. Eventually the mind becomes quieter after a while. The space grows larger.

So given the latest happenings in politics, both of my parents were into musicals, so they took me to go see " West Side story" and there's a line in the song Officer Krumpkie and People in Canada complain just as much as in the US, West Side Story was written in 1957 "Officer Krumpkie" The problem is he's lazy, the problem is he's mad, Gee, Officer Krupke We're down on our knees 'Cause no one wants a fellow with a social disease Gee, Officer Krupke What are we to do? Gee, Officer Krupke Krup you! So when you have absolutely no guardrails for things failed you either spend on education, or you have failed countries, I can't make this stuff up! What am I waiting for? Thanks for the wake-up!

Thank you Carolyn for, yet again, a powerful message we, as individuals and as a collective, NEED to "hear"! Once the message is heard, the next step is posing a question to ones self- what am I to do and how am I to shift from weakness to strength, from fragility to anti-fragility; into POWER? (I'm speaking to the segment starting at 13:30mins in). I combined a segment of your work, Carolyn, (archetypes) with the work I'd been doing on myself and it has opened the later parts of the floodgates to my inner wisdom, and thus Inner Power. So much so, I've taken the first step, a debut, so to speak, by co- authoring a #1 Best seller in the New released Self-esteem category recently. It is my intention to create a series of online courses, the first of which I'll launch in late February. I don't know if it is pride or actually a claim to pride, a quality that they have no idea of its deep meaning. I cannot even talk to some of my patients and give them an interpretation of a medical diagnosis because I "trigger them." Sometime I cannot even tell them that they are participating in their illnesses. They get "triggered." They prefer lies than taking any responsibility in their own condition. I once told someone that he was in obesity range with serious potential medical consequences. He got so angry why I have used "that word," even though he was paying me to give him my medical opinion and suggestions. He wanted to be called "overweight," even though he clearly was not. He actually filed a letter of complaint against me about it, something as non-personal as a medical diagnosis.
