Waking up in Al Barari and working out is like a meditation for me.... it reminds me so much of England as it’s the most green oasis in Dubai ... the trees and the running water always calm my mood !

I’m in my 30s but she’s got a much hotter body than me. I’m actually underweight and wish I could put on weight. Looking at how much input they put into their diet & lifestyle it’s no wonder it pays off in human eye candy!

I’d love love love to see a video of your morning meditation, the one you do together and also if you do one on your own. I want & need to get back into meditation 🧘‍♀️ like so many needed positives things, getting into it or back into it is the hardest part, once in you can’t imagine life without it. My husband says he like me the way I am and he just wants me happy. Well im my worst critic. I need to get healthy and also loose a bit of weight. Being happy with yourself is key. Then being happy with a partner is possible.

I live in London, born and raised and of course I love our city but as we both know London in itself can be a bit of a drug really. I crave the sun paradise and often feel like flying away on a magic carpet, which almost makes me feel guilty on London 🤦🏻‍♀️ (As I wrote this you’ve just started talking about guilt from divorce mummy guilt etc- synchronicity coincidence!) You’re now talking about S loving you to eat and how much he compliments you. I’m not a marriage person. I’ve always turned down proposals but you guys make me think, maybe ❣️ Love the wild child xox
