Good video! I lost my data on my phone Thursday at 1 pm and am just now getting around to watching some of the videos I would have normally watched. They both kinda of sound about as good as each other from the video. They are both good parks. Carowinds seems like it has better coasters like Fury 325 so I'd probably pick it as the winner.

Back in 90s 😂 Kings dominion and Carowinds was under the paramount theme park umbrella... And Kings Dominion was far better and bigger.

i was super impresed when i went to carowinds in 2004 and kings dominion 2002 and 2004 i think Carowinds is Better to there building up but both parks are Great Though Before The Destruction of Volcano id say Kings Dominion but id have to Say Carowinds now as always Great Battle Eric.

Great vid, but i must say the drop tower doesn't spin at KD and I am a true season passholder and actually that made me upset because i didn't even realize that it should spin lol.

The only thing that makes Carowinds better than Kings Dominion is how they have a better giga. Other than that, I really can't see how Carowinds is way better.

After recent visits to both, Carowinds is definitely better for me, better supporting lineup of coasters, better appearance, better atmosphere, better layout, and slightly better operations.

@@ThemeParkAvenue That's true I guess, though one thing that I've noticed about KD is how they haven't been focusing on adding more rides, but removing the bad ones. I could see Kings Dominion having big sucess in the future, but for now it's pretty dry in new additions.

@@zachguest8565 It's honestly sad because Kings Dominion was considered one of the Top 5 best Amusement parks in the world at one point... Now it's barely Top 10 because they have taken out something practically every second single year since the Shockwave was taken out 6 years ago.

@@ThemeParkAvenue Mostly because I find Carowinds to have awful operations on everything but Fury, and Carolina Cyclone is the least enjoyable ride I have ever been on. It is way rougher than Anaconda. I was also very disappointed with Carowind's food, while KD had some of the best food I have ever had at a theme park. Lastly, as someone who dilikes inverts, I still find Afterburn better than Dominator. Those were the things that stood out. I disagree with most of the other things too, but I can at least see where you are coming from on those. I just said bait because the areas that I pointed out seemed so crazy that I couldn't tell if you were serious or not.

@@ThemeParkAvenue Fair enough. I wasn't upset about the result or anything. I know most people prefer Carowinds, and I expected it to win. I was just suspicious of some of the specific rounds, especially that Carolina Cycole one. That coaster is quite literally at the very bottom of my list of credits, and I find it hard to believe that people think it is better than literally anything else😂
