Its just a cheap Velbon tripod with a phone adapter mount. Can pick the adapter up on ebay for 99p

How do u get the focus so good

Use your finger on the screen to tap where you want the camera to focus. Tap and hold to lock the focus. Have a play around with it and watch a few KZbin videos on how to get the best out of an iPhone camera and you should pick it up in no time.
