i think it’s uv resin, that allows him to cure the resin immediately, and put different colors on different spots without combining them.

What clay you use for the original?

I’m guessing a clay called monster clay (less of a brand, more of a type.) Monster clay is reusable, because you can microwave it and bring it back to original shape.
