This would be for people who arent able to park their cars close to an accessible electricity source, such as people who live in flats/apartments where their parking areas arent directly next to their house. Buying a pressure washer with a snow foam attachment would be pointless since you need a wall socket to operate it.

Thats a shame. Most foams will remove a layer of dirt but not all of it. Pressure washers will yield more foam.
