Nice to hear someone else struggles this time of year, it does my head in when people say carp have a heavy feed in autumn, on my syndicate it’s always late august when you can’t stop catching then by October the bites virtually disappear, lovely mirror you had there 🎣

I will tell you exactly how to approach any new lake without being a famous carp angler find the fish feed em catch em don't over complicate it simple is best.

Yes I agree however it’s not always just that simple. For a quick overnighter for instance could be there hours before settling on a swim.. some won’t fish until a show at all but it’s also about finding that spot and trying to make things happen. Sometimes you just have to put other factors in your favour if there are no shows at all and trust your own edges
