You just proved her point not yours...you contradicted your self there, her saying she new ht it was like to be one of those girls, which is exactly why she understands and makes her a good teacher..
@Shanethefilmmaker8 жыл бұрын
Always Sydney Dude, that didn't prove her point. She was implying she used to do the same thing the girls that did that to Carrie to other people. That she used to be the bully and before she realized how serious Carrie's situation is, she sympathized more with the clique than she did with Carrie. Her helping Carrie from then on, was her redeeming herself for doing the same shit to someone else. Something she wouldn't have bat an eye on if she wasn't a teacher.

My first thought on that final scene (aside from the how unfitting the heavy metal music that started up as the picture faded to black was) either she's REALLY pissed, or she regenerated into another teenage actress a la Doctor Who (if that last one is the case, maybe get Elle Fanning from Super 8 to play the part in the next one). Still, a sequel might not be such a good idea. Remember what happened when the 1976 version got a sequel? Not a pretty outcome (though it might have predicted Breaking Bad at the very end).
