This was years after I caught my boyfriend cheating with my best friend my senior year. I caught them skinny dipping at our favorite spot. I took their clothes without them seeing me. Bought my ex some high end fog lights for his new truck. We were out, it was late, I wanted to go home, he wouldn’t take me. Asked repeatedly, was ignored. Told him he either took me home or I was going to walk. Got mad at me for walking out, followed me and tried to start a fight. When I left my ex, I was very petty BUT it was also over three years' worth of anger and pain coming out. You see, my ex abused me badly and put me in the hospital more times than I can count. He alienated me from everyone and everything I knew. When I finally left, I went crazy for a minute. I had just replaced the radiator in his Jeep so I cut a hole in it. I cut open his seats. I drained all of the money from "his" checking account (which was in my name). I grabbed my lock box from our house and went back to my mom's. When I got into the lock box at my mom's I found some pretty important things- his driver's license, birth certificate, social security card, and the title for his Jeep. I threw them all in a fire. I wish I could say I felt bad about doing all of that but... I don't.

I think I read that this song is a part two of the song I Don't Know My Last Name. At the end of the video for that song they are getting into the red truck. I'm 62 and people did those things in the 70s too. I personally was a walk away girl. When I was done all they saw was my back and raised my daughters the same way. Though I was cheated on once and lied to once. My first husband cheated. Then A SSgt in the Air Force ( I was an Airman 3rd Class) told me he was divorced and even asked me to marry him. I keyed it, slashed three tired (insurance purposes, cant claim that) i stuck tampons in his wiper fluid tank and oil tank, i put 14 marbles in his gas tank, i put scratch marks in hisseats animall style, i took his golf clubs bent them and stuck them inside his headlights, and burned his clothes and put the ashes in a jar and labled it as "your favorite hoodies 💋"

I cut up all my ex husband clothes when he cheated on me with my best friend and put them in a suitcase for him to pick up and he was pissed when he opened the suitcase he had about 6 thousand dollars with of jerseys and I cut up every last one and I felt so much better after I did that.

I found out my ex was cheating on me after she disappeared for 3 whole days with some guy, going to various house parties with different dudes, the house of a drug dealer, and a motel room orgy. And that's just the stuff I found out about. I broke up with her and went home. I woke up the next day to the back window of my jeep busted out. I can't say for 100% certain it was her because there is no evidence and we never spoke again, but the timing was highly suspect.

Honestly, I think the pettiest thing I've ever did was I found out 2 things at the same time. #1) my boyfriend at the time was cheating on me, #2) my boyfriend's best friend was head over heels for me. Time to plan and plot. I had arranged a small get-together with some of his friends, some of my friends, and we were at my place. Right in the middle of it, I'm sitting across the table from him, my best friend on my left side and his best friend is on my other side and I lay him out saying "I learned about the tramp you're knocking behind my back. We're through. but before you leave..." and I turn to his best friend and full out make out with him in front of my now ex-boyfriend. Ex-boyfriend left in a serious angry rush, my best friend laughing her head off at ex-boyfriend's expression when I started kissing his best friend, and best friend in question responded very enthusiastically. He was a better kisser than my ex, for sure. Hey, can't say I was the cheater in question. I've now been with best friend in question for going on 3 years now. How is that for a dose of petty karma to an asshole?

Man, while there is the occasional psycho jealous chick who always think something goin' on behind her back... The thing you gotta know about most women. We can be vicious. We do our OWN investigating. We gather up every single piece of evidence we can and we HOLD on to it. We give our men MANY opportunities to step up and take ownership of their choices and actions and we can be VERY willing to forgive and move forward. BUT... We're only gonna let it go so far and then ALL deals are off. There is a line in the sand, and it's different for everyone. BUT once THAT line is crossed, we're gonna slam it down and there will be NOTHING he can do to take it back and fix it.NOT A DANG thing he can do. We will, at that point do whatever is necessary to expose him. AND THEN... we can move on. But he gonna pay, first.

Found out my husband cheated on me. His car broke down about a block from my college and he said he'd come take care of it later that evening and had my dad pick him up to get the part he needed. Had about an hour between 2 of my classes that day. Used that time to walk to the car, get the tools out of the trunk (he was a mechanic and there was a lot of tools), popped the hood and dropped everything i could under that hood. Took the smaller pieces, like the alternator, and all the tools and chucked them as hard as I could into the woods on either side of the car. Left the bigger things where they fell, and walked back to class. Him and dad picked me up after classes and drove to the car. My husband popped the hood and froze. Dad started laughing asking him who he passed off...... I sat in the car smoking a cigarette and listening to Kenny rogers- the gambler.
