I have to say something.... what is up with that ill fitting outfit? Carrie usually slays...but her backup dancers were slaying... Hers has a weird pucker in the front and is not flattering at all.

I would guess that because she changes outfits every other song she needs something she can switch into quick. She changed about 10 times during this one show.
