The pain could be a nerve issue. I have really bad inflammation due to migraines and my arm/shoulder on my right side I cannot move or do anything without being in tears because of the pain. I went to so many specialists and doctors who couldn't figure out what it was until I saw my neurologist for migraines and he was like oh btw arm issue is from severe inflammation

Jacque Mayes I actually made one myself using a flexible cutting board. They sell them at TJ Maxx or similar stores in packs of 5, I believe. It was supposed to be temporary until I ordered an actual one but almost 2 years later it's still keeping my Speedy in shape. I got the idea from here but can't remember the KZbinrs name.

Hi, just found you & you're beautiful. I like FA packing videos for packing advice/travel hacks. This is (obviously) unsolicited advice, please forgive me- I don't mean to tell anyone what to do. Just in case a girl out there might be interested... If you get an IUD for birth control, they're just as effective as the pill (more so if you tend to forget to take your pills, like I did!) And the big bonus is...(usually) NO MORE​ PERIODS​!!! Yes, you are putting hormones in your body, so you have to make sure you can tolerate that (but if you take the pill, you're already doing that.) I'm on my 2nd Mirena & LOVE the freedom of not worrying about pills or periods anymore! I haven't bought tampons for 8 yrs (Mirena lasts for 5 yrs.) I don't worry about my period starting on trips or other incovenient times (is it ever convenient? Ha, ha) I normally wouldn't share something like this, but I wish someone had told me about this sooner. Love your sunglasses case, I'm gonna have to look for one like that! Thanks!
