Happy Freelance Friday and another working mom lifestyle vlog! This week, I'm sharing an honest look inside a day in the life of a stay at home mom vlog. I'm so lucky that I fell into this 'momprenuer' role ahead of time and was able to build a successful freelancing writing business. It's one of the best work from home jobs in 2022, or any other year - at least, so far. Work at home life suits me so well, especially after becoming a mom to my beautiful little boy! I'm honestly still not really sure what to call myself... a work at home mom? A hard working mom? A stay at home mom who also works? A freelance writer and advertising copywriter who spends the first half of her day playing with an adorable toddler? Nothing sounds quite right.
Whether you're considering a freelancing course, you want to find a work from home job that's good for moms, you'd like to learn how to make money copywriting, or you're just looking for a feel good mom vlog to get you through the day, I'm here to help. This video isn't quite a freelancing tutorial for beginners, but it is an honest look at what's possible! In this productive day in my life, I tackle copywriting for Instagram captions (social media marketing, basically), graphic design for Instagram, invoicing clients on retainer, e-commerce product descriptions, email copywriting, and the start of a website copywriting project that's going to knock me flat. All in all, a very good day! Not sure it's considered the best day of my life, but it's one of the good ones.

I was wondering while looking at KZbin, watching old Taxi clips and a grizzled British sailor landing in Fiji, why I hadn't seen a Carrie Blogger episode in a VERY long time. I couldn't remember the name of your channel it had been so long. KZbin doesn't list channels subscribed to like Facebook does, listing names and faces. Scrolling through through reams of useless thumbnails it came to me. Carrie! Blogger! Carrieblogger! No idea why your channel hasn't popped up on my feed for a long time, but it hasn't. I had wondered, before finding you again, if being busy with your little one it had taken you off the platform! Good to see a Carrieblogger video again. We actually got rid of the chickens 🙊 they came with the house, were super old, and stopped laying eggs. They went off to a friend’s farm instead. 😇
