@@Patolomy they look similar but even tho you could play a cello with fingers (and double bass with a bow) its rare and considering the murloc looks jazzy and has bass in his name I think its safe to assume its not a cello(even if hypothetically it was a cello it would still be quite ridiculous and arrogant to use the word ''clearly'' since all clues point to it being a double bass).

In the book most of the characters in the friend group are all one character. David and Dan decided to split that character into multiple characters to make it easier to adapt.

I binged the series and just started reading the book. Still in the first couple of chapters but loving the style of writing and pacing so far. The notations do a great job of providing some context, but it's already made me dive deeper into the history of the era.

Does the 3 body problem Netflix show deal with the cultural revolution or do they just gloss over it? Cos the cultural revolution is VERY KEY to the book, and lots of Chinese ppl were really hesitant about the American show because it’s really unlikely they would get that part of the book right

Blizzard should make Snake Eye's heropower to not able roll the same number twice in a row. Seems like easiest solution to this trash. If you rolled 1 - you can't roll 1 next turn and etc. Or maybe even make it so you roll until you get all 6 numbers and then reset.
