It is covered yes. But if on the break for example, one puts a white and the queen; then he'll have to cver it after because a player can pocket the queen only when at least one black has been pocketed already; and no dues are there as well.

I think there is nothing more than practice practice and practice again, focus on the point, keep the confortable position and grip, breath with calm....and learn all the knowledge of the game with time and experience !
