आज मसाला किचन मे बन रहा है सुपर सॉफ्ट गाजर का केक रेसिपी | नए साल पर स्पेशल कैरेट केक, टूटी फ्रूटी केक, एगलेस केक, बिना ओवन के केक बनाने का आसान तरीका | फ्रूट केक, ड्राई फ्रूट केक, कलरफुल केक, बनाइये और मसाला किचन की केक स्पेशल रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | बिना अंडा के केक बनाये | रुई जैसा केक बनाने की विधि | सबसे आसान केक, स्पंज केक, पोंड केक, वनीला केक, बाजार जैसा केक, सबसे स्पंजी केक, सूजी केक, फ्रूट केक, मैदा केक, आटा केक, मलाई केक, बिना अंडे के केक, कप केक, कस्टर्ड केक, बिना ओवन के केक, मिल्क केक, स्पंजी केक, कढ़ाई में केक, ओवन में केक, शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी |
INGREDIENTS:
Carrot(गाजर) - 3 Piece/300 Grams
Ghee(घी) - 1 Spoon
Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
Thick Milk(गाढ़ा दूध) - 100 Gram
Olive Oil(तेल) - 1/4 Cup
White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1 Cup/Bowl
Semolina(सूजी) - 2-2.5 Tbsp
Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/2 Tsp
Black Raisins/Blackberries(काली किशमिश/ब्लैकबेरी)
Red Cherrie(चेरी)
Tutti-Frutty(टूटी-फ्रूटी)
Vinegar(सिरका) - 1 Tsp
RECIPE:
Keep the pan on the flame, place a steel ring in it. Cover it with a lid and keep it for pre-heating.
Take the Cake Tin, grease some Oil & dust some White Flour/Maida in it, and keep it aside.
Wash some Carrots, Peel them and grate them. Keep the pan for heating, add some Ghee, grated Carrot, Sugar, and cook it for 2-4 minutes, then turn the flame off & keep it for cooling down. In a bowl, add some Condensed Milk/Thick Milk/Milk Maid, some Olive Oil, and mix it well. Then keep the strainer on the bowl, put White Flour/Maida, Semolina, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and sieve them. Whisk it with the hand whisker. Then put cooked Carrot and mix it well. Then add some Blueberries, Cherries, Tutti-Frutti and mix them all well. Then transfer the Batter to the Cake Tin, tap it 3-4 times. Keep it in the preheated pan and Bake the Cake for 35-40 mins on slow flame. Check the Cake & turn the flame off & keep it cooling down. Take out it & demold it and cut the cake into pieces. Serve it and enjoy the Tasty Carrot Cake.
Tip:
Use all the ingredients at room temperature.
Bake the Cake in the Preheat microwave on convection mode at 180 degrees for 35-40 Minutes
