When I was about 12 (40+ yrs ago), my mom hired a gal to come to the house one summer, and teach us child-friendly dishes to make once a week. This carrot salad was one of them. My sisters and I have made these dishes for our families ever since. So deliciously good. 💕👍🏼😊
