another remake of a pretty old remix!! honestly just wanted to see how far i've come and been wanting to try out musescore so here we are :)) think i'm getting a bit better at this orchestral thing LOL
i figured this song specifically could use a remake since i'm kind of dissatisfied with my old remix ?? like it def sounds okay but i think could've used a lot more of that unsettling factor that's very prominent in the bad ending :'D hope i did it justice here!
if you wanna take a look at the sheet for whatever reason here u go (so sorry in advance it's VERY messy and probably hard to read if you actually play in the orchestra 😅😅 i tried my best!!) also made all these in like 2 days so.....

I LOVE THIS OMG. when the strings come in there’s this sliver of hope, but it quickly turns into something more dark. then the culmination LITERALLY GAVE ME CHILLS. the pause and then the darker part of just the repeating wind instrument and strings??? there’s this tension you can feel in the music and it doesn’t leave when the video ends, since it ends abruptly. ITS BEAUTIFUL. i’m a big fan of your work, amazing job as always!!!

I tried to play this and the condemned vers. you made before at the same time. They didn't blend together perfectly but there were some parts that just sounded so haunting and breathtaking when played together. I love both of your renditions of Damnation Memoriae so much
