My number one fear on my Pioneer single DIN dvd player was that the "ribbon cable" would eventually break from flexing after years and years of filding in and out BUT, even after13 years it's still going strong🙂👍

Only if it used HDD-like storage. (Not some initial code or specific OS on it) Another way you need to replicate the File System to the SSD (and it will be problematic because SSD has different sectors than HDD) and also if this HDD is not IDE but SATA. But for IDE there were some adapters to SATA.

@@Kevinstudio9264 the acetone contained in the nail remover could be too aggressive and ruin the lens, it is better to use isopropyl alcohol also because it dries almost instantly, I recommend applying it with a cotton swab
