Hey Strompest, big fan and ryze jungle enthusiast here! I've found that doing QEQ instead of EQ is actually a better jungle clear on ryze. It's given me faster times and more health saved every time I've done it in practice tool. Can you try it?

@@nightraven8710 well, thinnk about it this way. every champ is going to deal less damage, and base damages and low cooldown champions will benefit. ryze is a low cooldown champ with decently high damage, and items with mana arent nerfed. ryze is a winner from the item changes.
