what do you think about triumph? I know swain works with no presence of mind if you go aery and resolve runes, especially if you get lost chapter first back. Triumph + passive healing after takedown might be good. haven't tried it tho

Now with Blackfire Torch, I think Riot should remove burn items proc on DoT. It makes champs like Brand, Lillia and Malzahar very non interactive. Burn items should benefit champs that cast (and hit) spells frequently, like Cassio, Ryze, Orianna and Swain ofc. But DoT, including auras like Swain R und Morde passive, and AoE like Morgana W and Vel'koz R, even pets like Tibbers, Shaco boxes or Zyra plants, basically cause you to deal 1% max Health (Liandrys) + 7.5 + 1,5% AP (Blackfire) per second for free + 3 sec after DoT expires. Even if it ticks for 20 dmg. The damage numbers these items accumulate can be very high. The same goes for Rylais. Getting a 4 sec 30% slow from a Brand E feels very bad. If champs are garbage without abusing this, then they should be buffed in other areas than the items they can build. My suggestion would be to implement a damage threshhold (i.e. dealing 300+ dmg with a spell) and/or cooldown for applying the burn. Or just adjusting the interaction so it doesnt trigger on DoT. What do you think?
