Jaby, Achara the issue with food in this video is not just related to the taste...These are very common food items that some of us eat everyday... I think the point of this video is that changing the size, name and complete taste of the already known food will not make a big change...They can't be called inventions... Layering different flavours of ice cream and cake can work but layering Gol gappa(pani puri) is similar to layering 3-4 hot dogs and serving them...At the end of the day it is just a hot dog upon a hot dog upon a hot dog...

4:33 and also jaby ji, that gol gappa is even more dumb than that momo because if one cannot put a gol gappa filled with chickpeas + masala water all at once then it looses it concept, it looses its base its foundation With a gol gappa which is not gol (round) and is so big that one cannot put it in mouth without breaking is dumb. If you have to break a gol gappa to eat it then what is the point of making a gol gappa, then simply put fried flour piece in your mouth and then out chickpeas and then the water. These are just showcase food. These are not what is to be served normally. One could waste fees seconds of life while looking at them and then move on, one should not do a crime of trying to serve them at food outlets
