This game popped up in my head a few days ago and I started playing it again, expecting to be let down as I'm way past the intended audience of this game by now. I was very surprised that this was not the case. While it has its shortcomings (especially on PC with its Wii-based graphics, bad optimization and frequent crashes), it has some very unique elements that make it stand on its own. Like backwards driving, where you can even aim your missiles to your opponents behind you. Or bumping into your opponents that are driving on either of your sides, which reminds me a lot of an old game called Road Rash. There's also a variety of modes, some of my favorites being the combat races (racing with opponents with weapons) and attack mode (I believe), where you can shoot enemies (lemons) to gain time. The latter really reminds me of Wipeout on PlayStation. Definitely recommend at least trying this out if you're into racing games like Sonic Transformed and Mario Kart.

Kamryn C. I used to play this game on my computer. That was when I was a cars 2 fan xD. Though, I am not a fan anymore, I still like the game! But unfortunately, it wasn’t as detailed as it is on a Playstation or a Xbox. They didn’t even move in the box in the corner of the screen. But nevertheless, it was still a good game. Damn, the nostalgia left there… When i was back to 4/5 years old i used to play this all day with my friend on his xbox 360, straight up memories. Sometimes we used to play solo turn by turn, or just the split screen on. We used to be next to each other while racing deciding me in the first place, he in the second. Gold times when fortnite and those other cringy games who were made now didn’t exist yet.
