I tried doing the exact same thing, once. I got an armored car, dressed in full heavy plate, and even armed myself with a spas. I figured I'd drive up real close and kill anyone before they could kill me. There was a locked crate at airfield, so I drove up, and jumped out of the car. Someone started beaming me and I couldn't see crap because of the limited vision of the heavy metal helm, and I panicked and tried to get back in my car. I kept jumping and running into the car spamming E but I couldn't get in. Then I realized I got turned around and was looking at the decorative car in the airfield monument where the locked crate spawns, and my real car was behind me. Then I died.

The two campers are just basic force multipliers. The 4 raiders are actually 12 on 3 vs your beds\sleeping bags. You have to destroy the campers first to defeat the raid.

I came up with what I think is a new meta. I carry around a car left a Charged small battery and a wire tool and if I see a camper van or a car I quickly throw down some twig with the car lift I push the car onto the lift and change the code. It's beneficial for the camper vans usually cuz people usually keep a few kits in their camper now that there's locks
