Did you know that if you do certain things in the Arcade Mode, you can do this race as regular sized Lightning? My mind was blown as a kid. Was probably the first time I ever encountered a cool bug in a game. I played the PS2 version, so idk if it’s only in that one or if it works for all of them.

One time in Arcade Mode, I was playing this race and chose Lightning, but my character appeared as normal Lightning with Monster Truck Lighting as one of my 3 opponents. I have no idea what causes this, but it could be a glitch coding issue

Currently playing through the game and. This. Race. Is. So. Gay. You can’t even go that fast in this race, it’s impossible to make that first turn without crashing, whenever I go over the ramp at the starting line, sometimes the game will just decide I lose by sending me off the road, pretty much forcing me to restart the race, cause I’ll be like 10 seconds behind the lead, and I absolutely NEED the boost to keep up with the lead, when this guy doesn’t! I swear the a.i. cheats in this game, sometimes they’ll randomly decide that they’re faster than me, and they go max speed and maintain it at a 90 degree turn.
