by any chance, are you using the 'VROOOM' cheat to go faster? I legitimately don't remember Luigi being this fast .

@@anonracer95 no, that she could gives you unlimited turbo boost. Turbo boost is not available in this many game.

How you turned up night?

Just go to story mode and play a game that is at night. You don’t even have to play through the whole thing. When you’re done And exploring mode is at night, go to Luigis rescue

You can make it go night by playing some event that's during the night like 'Hight Speed Heist' and then the Story Mode turns night (exept Taifin Pass)!
