the fact i never understood why filmore, sarge, luigi are playable in other games but not in cars tvg i know some of them can be used in minigames but not for road races

The fact that every Hot Rod except Snot Rod were playable in the Deliquent Road Hazards Level made me ticked. I wish he was playable

No, they are too Generic to be made playable, besides the skin limit for this game is a bitch (It's 150 if you are curious). None of the other THQ cars games are like this. Don't know why it's just this one. But yeah, the Piston Cup Racers will NEVER be playable. Lizzie I'll revisit. Guido is a maybe, and Mia and Tia are a never as well.
