Beamng drive is a race car game that uses a soft-body physics engine. Every component of a Beam NG vehicle is simulated in real-time using mass points and beams. It's not a mod, it's just a creativity. You place an object like a laser, then when the vehicles reach there, you pause the play, and then use the "fun" option to explode the vehicle and set it on fire. Then you record the replay which will be seamless.
