King Gemini I hear that and I believe it, God made someone special in Carson Wentz you can see the passion in his eyes and all over his face when he plays. He leaves it all on the field. Us eagle fans should feel blessed and greatful to have him as our QB. Please come back and show everyone who should have won a Superbowl. Pick up where you left off and keep it moving.

What Carson Wentz does is a thing of Beauty. He never gives up on a play even when one seems like a lost cause. You will never see him do what Brady does when it seems like he's locked up on a play. Brady has a tendency to hit the deck. I have not once seen Wentz do that. He will step up, fight a man off him, juke someone out, and its not just because of his athleticism but his 6th sense as a QB. He never takes his eyes off the field, even when pressured his eyes are always up field. No edge rusher expects him to juke them out when he isn't even looking at them. But he sees them, times the rush, and makes a move at the right moment. You can't teach that. He will always make you pay with his accuracy and gun slinging ability in one on one coverage. He will always make you pay when you give him a clean, or a less pressure pocket. He will always make you pay if you assume he's about to run and abandon the coverage, by throwing a last second dime. He will always make you pay when you give him space to run. There is not stopping Wentz. He will be a force to be reckoned with for years to come.

there must be a curse on this city because the eagles were absolutely poised to bring home their first lombardi. Wentz having an MVP season and was having arguably the best game of his career vs a very good rams team before the injury. Too bad we won't get to see wentz in the playoffs this year because I think he wouldve proven himself to be the gamer that we know he is and brought that title home. Hopefully he comes back with the same abilities so they can finish what they started. i dont think even the harshest of critics/haters can deny he was ascending to elite status.

All he needed was some playmakers to be on the recieving end of his plays and now with Ertz, Alshon, agholar, and burton are studs. Ertz and Alshon are so clutch and perfect for wentz ability to throw touch passes and agholar always seems to be the one he hits after the scrambles as when the play breaks down he is to elusive to cover for that long and turns the scramble drill into a punt return. Its amazing how much having a full arsenal makes for a qb
@JuwanAnderson586 жыл бұрын
Nothing better than to see the drastic improvement in his game ... He and all of the coaching staff did a stellar job and work all offseason to produce a legendary Year 2 MVP like season... And what a season for the star QB it was ... And the scary thing about it is he is only going to get better... Year 3 could possibly be even wayyy better... By the time his career is over he will be the Franchise leader in all statistical categories for a QB Philadelphia Eagles history. Yeah I said it.. Ps- Him and Ertz will be a dominant combo for as long as they’re together. Just look at that chemistry ooze in these highlights.

SMH BUTCHERED WHat we had. Look at Brees 1st 4-5 yrs, Look at how much better Wentz numbers are. All I want now is this guy to go down like he should have, in the top names. PPl dont know sometimes youre only as good as what you have around you. Then if what you have is hurt or garbage, you start to become affected, is it me? And that is NOT THE CASE. Youre gonna see that. I believe that Frank watched from afar and wondered, WTF are they doing with this kid? You dont bench a top 2 QB, that you just paid all that money, then draft a QB high, put a statue up, but none of him, when we all know Nick wouldnt have even been in the playoffs let alone the SB, Howie hasnt put a single good player around him since Blount. Miles is Good but, game changer? Does he have Amari Zeke Gallup and Ceedee? No Ward Fulgham Robert Davis and John Hightower, Boston scott, We could name these names for 2 yrs.. The whole line out. And this city is expecting what with this? Lucky hes gone back to the midwest, reunited with a good line a good RB good WR, Sb for Wentz, like Andy built them Chiefs, maybe this city expects too much. We love you, then were so quick to turn, but half of thoseppl who turn ya ever notice, like youre on the bus listening, "Jordan Matthews was the best reciever we ever had" OK Your opinion means nothing. Wentz isnt a leader, watch him, every good play his teammate makes hes there to congratulate, watch him speak before the games,listen to him talk about God. While others hit women. Fight Dogs. And thats fine. Malcolm Jenkins wants a trade, thats fine. Wentz says nothing, hes crucified. Tired of the hate and wish this young man only the best. And he shall get it.

21:02 This play is incredible. Ive watched this play over and over and in slow mo, and slow reverse this is pure instinct. Lane Johnson can only block 1 guy but 2 are coming from the right ride. How Wentz turns his back to this blitzer with confidence like this is incredible, and then looks for 2 recievers and knows he dont have time to look for the 3rd and pulls this move out on us. So I recently had a conversation with a guy who believes Carson isn't legit. He said his year 2 season won't be replicated again and that he's too much of a gunslinger like Brett Farve was (I didn't see his point when he said that). I told him to remember those words when Wentz proves him wrong. I was at the week 6 game against the Panthers and trust me, Wentz is special. Archie Evans Wentz is incredible but those are lazy comparisons, he lacks the strengths of like all those qbs. His release is nowhere near as quick as Marino, Vick is noticeably faster, he lacks the unbelievably consistent ball placement of Brees. The easiest comparison is that he's a bigger AND more explosive Aaron Rodgers. Hefty praise for a second year qb btw, there's no doubt in my mind Wentz would've won the superbowl had he not gotten hurt. I can't believe some people think Foles will cause a controversy.

Reflection on this might say the wise way to look at this was the best thing to happen to carson was him getting hurt. He had every going his way was on his was to a mvp and leading the birds to a ring. Not saying he wasn't humble but if you talk about being super grounded by something. The most hungry guy on the eagles roster, plays the most important position in sports and the drive he's going to have moving forward will only bode well for the birds the come back will be strong.
