nice job! You are creating great memories with your kid. I'm 49 years old and my dad and I used to haunt our house together as well. He's gone now, but left me with great Halloween memories! I even work at a professional haunt to this day because I love the season so much! Also, I think we ought to start a petition that says Halloween is celebrated (trick or treat wise) on the last Saturday of each October. That way no school or work the day of, or the day after! Parents, haunters, kids and teachers would all appreciate that!

When I was in my uncles house getting ready to go trick-or-treating I was in the basement to go get paper towels and my uncles dogs started barking so I ran upstairs and the funniest thing happened but I missed it what happened was when the trick-or-treaters that came to trick-or-treat at my uncles house actually said “are you a dressed as an old man for Halloween!”

Another way to scare people is to where a "black party suit" and act as if your not there or a statue, then jump/move to scare them! I did it this year, and it worked!
