@@williammiller8531 Chevy is allowing EVERYONE to be able to afford the Corvette. Why buy a Camaro when you can get the bigger brother for a few grand more. The upcoming zr1 is going to be 100k cheaper than the GTD and 300k cheaper than the Ford GT. You’ll see far more Zr1’s than you’ll see the GTD on the road. GTD is cool no doubt but if I had 300k to spend on a car, it damn sure wouldn’t be a mustang. I’d buy a gt350 or gt500 before I give ford 170k more than what the mustang should be MSRP’d. 🤷🏽‍♂️

high front like a Van..? come on... this car perhaps look sporty, but the fact is, its inefficiant like a Truck. A realy "drivers-car-guy" dont want more from everything like the Mustang is. Its to heavy, to bad Aero, bad fuel efficiency (wich in long races is very important), bad in weight distribution. I have a 19 bullitt with a h pipe and factory active exhaust. On sport, and track mode, very loud. My buddy who tracks says it may get black flagged on thunderhill track for too loud.

This will probably be the last time you are thanking them. Ford will probably always have a pure ICE V8 offering. But it sounds like Ford intends to go hybrid in the Mustang and it will become the standard Mustang. I would bet Ford even goes hybrid with any future super car. It will probably be closer to the kind of hybrid system Porsche just came out with on the 2025 911 if that makes you feel any better.
