I'd say- do what you enjoy creating! Gaming is a really popular category, but if you know how to code or make games, videos around that are really popular! Playing a single game is easier for growth than variety is, a lot of content creators are locked into one thing, so be careful of that! Variety is much more enjoyable, but it's more trickier!
