it didnt work because the people in the cart's hitbox isnt actually there, its where they last were before they got into the cart. So lets say they get in the cart and the person uses omni at the place where the person was, it would probably work

The better way to do it is, when you do the cart ride emote the person who go in there hitbox is still where they went in so if you Omni it into there invisible hitbox it still works
