Carter Brothers GTR 250 Live Axle and CV Axles Redesign

First test for the new live axle and cv axles we rebuilt for the Carter Brothers GTR 250. As many of us got problem with the original one, we redesigned it and make it better and stronger.

Mine snapped off 3/4" of the end of the Center Drive Axle where it inserts into the inner CV on the Pass Side Axle.

Hi!i got a question how did you fix your drive axle cause mines did the same thing???

Ladora Moten Hi! Check the links in the description. We did a few test and the problem with the 3/4" splines, it twist and eventually break. So, we took a 1" axle to fix the problem. The cv axle need to be change also. I know some people welded it but it eventually break again BUT if you don't play hard with your machine, it might survive...

my drive axel snapped off in the gear at the wheel well. need help finding the part to fix it .

There's 4 bolts under the engine that you need to get loose. You will be able to slide the engine forward and back to adjust the chain.
