So I noticed some of the sounds for the film version of the stargate in Carter's Addon Pack for Garry's Mod were just the same ones as those from the series, which shouldn't have been the case. So I took the audio from the film, made better quality sound clips for the chevrons locking and the inner ring rotating. The sound of the "kawoosh" is just the one from SG1 trimmed to remove the motor sounds and slowed down slightly. It acts kinda glitchy, though. I might have to fiddle with the bitrate to get GMod to like it.
The music in the background is from the Stargate film, during the scene when the Earth stargate is first dialed to Abydos.

I've realized it's nigh-on impossible to hear the new sound of the inner track rolling with the music I have playing in the background, especially on devices with low bass capability. I'll upload a version without the backing track when I can.
