In this video I pick up a brand new keyboard and mouse and try to learn it for the FIRST time on Fortnite! I've been a controller player for over 5 years and never seriously practiced keyboard and mouse, so how easy is it compared to controller? I’ve been on keyboard for a month now.. doing so much better than I was on controller and I’m even surpassing my friends that have been playing for 4-5 years! It’s a great choice to switch. Only thing holding me back is my pc and ping, though. I live in the middle of nowhere and my servers are hard to reach. Hitting clips on kids with 300 ping is super funny, especially when you get to hear their reaction being super delayed.

If you look at his gameplay you can instantly see that this isn’t his first time on kbm. I am right now switchig as well and it is realy hard for me to get my muscle memory right, and the fact that he can do those edits after only 2 hours. He has probably if he wasn’t lying spend at least 10 hours to get this good. So this some very bad clickbait.

if there's anybody else tryna do this kind of thing for the triple edits i would recommend doing single tile edits it is just way faster trust me it is chapter 4 rn and i have played since chapter 2 season 1

I think PC players get alot of hate because pc is " easy " but people tend to forget that if you play 7 yrs on controller and then switch too kbm its only natural that its going to go way easier since you know how to practice improve ur mechanics and already have lots of gamesense

A tip is to not make those large mouse movements when going for triple edits, a lot of newcomers do that and it’s good to stop that habit while you’re at it, so that the habit doesn’t grow and it’ll get too late to actually get the good crosshair placement if you’ve ruined it from the start.

You could change it to another bind such as something you could just hold down. Or if you don’t want to do that then you know you could just hold the mouse button down then press your binds and it will place

i thnk the difrents betweeen kb and controller is that since im a hybrid player fps kinda locks ur skill lvl in keyboard ive seen it in contorller but not as much i can say the same thing for controller since less then a week ago i swtiched and within the first 3 hours i could do 2 quads in a row and finish it of with a clip and aiming is way easier tbh thats my opinion if u just grind youll get good at it no matter what
