Carters Steam Fair , the Last Outing

The very last Carter's Steam Fair outing was to Reading's Prospect Park in October 2022. This video shows the many different rides, the wonderful signwriting, and the magic of some vintage steam powered rides as well as more recent fairground favourites. Carter's may not tour in the future as the present plan is for it to be sold and based on a permanent site, a big undertaking for someone. So enjoy the sights and sound of a very traditional fairground.
