Happy birthday and congratulations on your thesis. If you love it then keep it. Fine jewellery is such a wonderful thing to mark a special event. I bought some Akoya pearl pieces in Hong Kong for my 21st birthday, which is nearly 40 years ago, and I still wear them a lot and they still bring back lovely memories.

Oh I guess this only seems like this on camera! I was debating getting it in a smaller size but decided against it. I have quite skinny fingers even though it might not look like it on camera
