This is one of six promo tapes that are part of a set, ripped of extremely rare promo VHS tapes supposedly given to Cartoon Network's employees and investors. These tapes are from a 1999 edition of Cartoon Cartoons promo tapes featuring promos of two new Cartoon Cartoons at the time: "Courage the Cowardly Dog" and "Mike, Lu & Og".

Huh I thought the Smurfs in Spain were called Los Pitufos, like in Mexico =P Jokes aside, thanks for sharing these bumpers! Some of them I even remember watching in Spanish, like the one at 1:06 but I had forgotten about them. This really takes me back.

Man, I still can't believe Primal Screen is actually closing its doors after all these almost 30 years, that's just so, so sad even for me. But hey, one thing we all have to admit is that if it wasn't for them, we wouldn't have what will forever be the most classic, the most unforgetable, the most memorable and, simply, the best Cartoon Network era ever made, IMO! Not that I'm against other eras, such as Checkerboard or the City one, they're memorable as well, but there's just something about the Powerhouse era that has so much magic, so much enchantment and so much charisma for being the era that gave us the best bumpers ever made and the best cartoons ever aired on television. And even if I'm from Brazil, it doesn't mean I'm from this specific team, I remember most of the bumpers and shows like if was yesterday, doesn't matter if I was too young or not to remember. All of this is why Cartoon Network is, definitely, my top TV channel of all time and I have to thank Primal Screen for showing me a world of possibilities to improve my cartoon knowledge that I have today. I knowing parting is such a heartbreaking moment, but some things must go for a end once and for all, so it was fun while it lasted, I guess. And let Primal Screen R.I.P. They may be gone now, but not forgiven... Also, thanks a lot for uploading these Cartoon Cartoons tapes in the most highest quality to date. It makes me have this déjà vu when I watched these contents more than 10 years ago, circa 2013. Kind of a strange feeling, you know? Anyway, hope you liked the comment and my tribute to Primal Screen. Once again, straight salutations from Brazil and 'til next time!!!

Oh yeah, the Mike Lu and Og promo at 02:58. I remember making a fan-made extended version of the show's intro, using also this promo (but a longer version) and the credits song to make a long intro. It's gone now, unfortunately :/ Also, R.I.P. Primal Screen (1995-2024). You will always be remembered for making the best Cartoon Network bumpers animations ever!
