I should put lore in here, Stewie and Carter spilled up to look for some supplies, Stewie went into the school. Not feeling safe and sad from losing his family and his best friend, he saw a figure who looked like Chris, thinking that Chris might have escaped but when he entered, Chris revealed himself as corrupted. Meg joins in to help to corrupt or injure Stewie, Stewie nearly saves Chris but Chris gets pulled back in by Meg. At the end Meg cuts off Stewie’s arm as Stewie runs away in pain
