Guys, I know this video is old, but for those who are still playing this game, I’ll give you some strategies. 1: Stop spamming weak units. At the early stages of the game, spamming weak units are usually very useful. However, when you get a bit far in the game, say stages 60 to 80, you should stop spamming ninjas or robin hoods and not use gunners and super mortars. They become weak to the point they can’t even fight the weakest units such as the fire cloud or ghost. The only practical way to use them is to spawn like 5-10 of them to stall the enemies, and when the enemies die and you get a lot of mana, you then go get a wizard or angel fast. 2: Know the power and weakness of your enemies and your own units. This is crucial to the game, because if you don’t know their weaknesses and just keep spawning things like a maniac, it won’t work. Golems and Angels are quite strong, but could die easily from Black Serpents if not used properly. Use them in packs of W-Wizards, so you could have backup. I sometimes use Golems and Angels to rush to the enemies’ base much faster before the enemy starts summoning strong units such as the Death Dragon, or the Black Serpent. When they go close to the base, a strong enemy might appear and the Golem/Angel might die, but that’ll take longer than when the other units such as Apaches or Wizards come for backup. 3: Continuous spawning. Since spawning weak units become less effective over time due to the fact the enemy could just eat them for gold, you should spawn strong units. However, your spawning must remain continuous. If you have a lot of Wizards at the front line and your not spawning anything else, they could suddenly die thus giving the enemy a clear way to your base. Because of this, you should spawn units even if it looks as if your units will win. If you don’t have enough mana, you could stall them with like 5 ninjas and kill them with arrows till you get enough mana to spawn again. 4: Use arrows precisely and carefully. Arrows are among one of the most useful things in the game. They remain like that for the entire game. Although controlling them is difficult. Despite this, arrows are very strong and could kill Black Serpents in under a minute, but they could also potentially hurt your units. BE CAREFUL about this. W-Wizards, T-Apaches, Angels whom are airborne, and even Golems could be hurt a ton from arrows. And since arrows take a while to move to a place you wanted them to go to, you should predict a bit in time when your units are gonna get to a point and where your arrows are going to land. That’s all I could offer you for now, and I hope you’ve learnt something if your new and stuck at a stage in CW. Oh yeah, and don’t upgrade Castle HP. Why? Well to be honest it’s quite rare to change the tide of the battle when your enemy is destroying your castle. I’d rather restart the battle all over again.

(Hard difficulty mostly where this points really matter) First of all dont just continually produce units without thinking of a purpose on it. Maybe a small amount of cartoon wars players know this but the enemy also gets mana when they kill your units, so just mindless spamming of W wizards or angels will surely guarantee 2 or 3 snakes and and army of ghosts, dragons, flies etc. The better thing to do is to use cannons and robin hoods as a meat shield so you can level up your mana tower and earn for a big rush. Also rush after the enemy rushes, thats why youll only gonna use low level units to stall them so they will take a lot of time to counter rush, and when they do counter rush, its not as big as they usually do, giving you more windows in defending and building another big rush. Castle hp is very fucking important, if yall gonna bitch out and restart again then dont pkay the game anymore. You need that extra hp so you can stall at the last second and gain another momentum so you can turn the tide and win. Been playing this shit shince they released Cw2 so i am confident enough with my tips

I'm watching this in 2020. I'm on level 68. I spam the Robin and the ninja. I get the max mana then I spawn everything. I like the giant serpent it gives you alot of mony when you kill it. I hate the ghost lady thing. She kills everything. The only weakness that I find out about the ghost lady is the golems and when she is alone. Use the arrows they are very useful.

Upgrade your mana booster you have enough mana to do it

This is really important, and what you need to focus on early in the level. Upgrading the Mana Booster gives you faster mana regeneration, meaning more units coming out and more DPS. That's why he's ending up in a stalemate one he's past ballista range.
