One of the reasons I love the novel iver the movies. The deaths seemed gruesome and actually made me feel sympathy for them, as opposed to seeing movies where the characters die and i dont feel much about it, unless its a dog

I absolutely loved how the dilophosaurus decided to inflict absolute terror on nedry, instead of going in for the kill instantly and charge at him. it almost felt like the dilophosaurus knew what is was doing to poor nedry. and i like that. (does anyone find that weird/disturbing or is just me ?)

Well there is a reason for that it is because they aren't actually Dinosaurs, they aren't suppose to be these majestic creatures that we see in the movies but actually monsters... abominations made in a lab that should have never existed.

I read both books quite recently... and damn, what a amazing experience. Nedry's death is truly much more horrifying than in the movie, as well as the other deaths.
