To those that didn't know: the Puppeteers main weakness is melee combat, Necromancer is weak to dismemberment not raw damage, and Warlord is all about headshots.

That isn't puppeteers weakness, that's just warrior classes making use of their specialty, and you could say the same with hunters

@@auridusmelodia3146 shooting an elite puppeteer minion does minimal damage, just mostly stagger. The blade launcher breaks this rule because it's ment to be hybrid damage just like the crossbow. There's a lot of things you just have to learn on your own.

@@Wayward_Warlock dismemberment system can be a bit weird. There seems to be hitbox issues because I'll swing and a leg will fly off on a downswing head hit but yeah that's the aim for the saw gun.

This is a game that focuses on build-up to the final moment, where a movie would decide whether good or evil triumphs. That is based on performance by participants, and has a HUGE potential for more than just what we see here. This gameplay mechanic has reaches far greater than just this, and I'm all for it!

Yeah, the game goes back and forth all the time, its a real struggle. The fact that the demon gets quick regen mana during defense objectives makes it really hard to keep on it, especially if he's well kitted out beforehand. But it all gets balanced out since the heroes get a free chest when they win, the demon is forced away and loses ALL mana, and all enemies are insta killed. So the heroes have a tough time but get a bunch of upgrade bottles for sticking it out and playing as a team

Possession directly effects basic and heavy attack damage. So its pretty important for most demons to level it somewhat. Super important for puppeteer when it comes to Possession skill tree. As it effects your damage when dealing it with a survivor

The demon your are playing is possession focused. If you upgrade your possession and possess your upgraded elites or a player with your special ability then you will steamroll. The way you play is more suited for the warlord or necromancer

QUICK EARLY GAME TIP: once you spawn is as the demon. Open your map and look for the area that is farthest away from the objectives. Example : say the objectives ( dagger and pages/book) spawn in the northwest part of the map. Find the farthest area southeast of the map and go there. Survivors will 9/10 be there! Great way to grow your threat early and not search and place traps mindlessly.
