Love you guys! I’ve been basing mostly all girl group stunts for 7 years now and I really want to learn how to fly coed. Do have any videos detailing the steps and progressions someone just starting out flying should take to become comfortable in the air?

Meghan Wilson not steps or progressions but I know they have a video on instagram on some exercises that are good for flyers, but if you just focus on staying as tight as you can, you should be fine
