I've used Carven Mufflers dating back to 2016, R series and TR's. They've always sounded so good, and quality is always great! You can't go wrong with a Carven. Let’s say the shop didn’t know they were directional and I just happened to stumble upon this holy grail of information would the difference be substantial? Could it harm the exhaust if it’s backwards?

Good question, the exhaust tone will be different not in any bad way shape or form but it was designed to flow a certain way

Hey Carven Exhaust! I need some help. I’m trying to switch to a stealthier muffler, I think I’m retiring from loud exhausts. I’ve ran Carven R, Borla ATAK, and Dynomax mini race bullets on my Silverado. So I was looking into Borla XR-1 or the Carven TR. I just want a deep tone and a decently angry cold start!

Carven-TR is the muffler for you. You literately described why we designed the Carve-TR. For those that are over the aggressive tone at all times the Carven TR is a great option cold starts are still great and you only hear the exhaust when you want to hear it so jumping on the freeway you'll hear it.

Just checking back hands down the best setup I've had on a 5.7 tundra single 3" tr custom 2.25" dual to single 3" merge style y pipe all 4 oem cats stock 2.75" tail pipe cut the side exit at the last hanger 75mph zero drone running 35" tall tires rmps around 1800 nice mild sound and its plenty loud when you want it to be

Do you guys make or can offer a cat back exhaust for a Gen 6 Camaro 2SS with a manual transmission? My wish list would be double x-pipe, TR series mufflers with quad tips.

I know these mufflers are directional, how do you know what’s the correct way to put it on? I just had mine installed and it was disappointing really quiet and now I’m starting to think that the guy installed backwards.

Much quieter then the RPT Muffler. The RPT muffler was a mix of both the R and TR muffler.
