Now that's what I call carving. No pnuematic chisels or angle grinding, and doing it all by eye. A true artist.

I was given this link for an art class I'm taking. I'm so glad I got to watch this! You made it look like it was second nature for your to create this breathtaking piece, AMAZING!!

It is amazing to watch the face emerge from the stone with the use of such simple but precise tools. Great sculpture!

This is how a sculptor with his special talent , imagination and hard work with simple tools make a dead stone alive. thank you for your nice video, you gave life to the stone slowly with very best of your touch ups on the leaps face and eyes. amazing work, I think the sculptor work never can be compared by the computer generated sculptor which today uses different technology for rapid sculptor work. thanks for uploading 5*/5

carving directly in stone without original is extreme difficult,if you carve too much it is gone,this shows the quality of the sculptor

i wish i were able to handle marble i nearly thought this video was a fake when a face just bloomed its way out of a rugged stone XD
