Very cleverly done. A removable roll up canopy, attached to the ceiling, will expand the living space, and keep water off the ramp. A couple of poles and you're good to go.

Alec the space in the front that you plan on closing up you should try to put a small water storage tank there with a spigot out front outside. Great idea on the daul use.
